Grandview is the program now being used by Lodge Secretaries to keep the records of lodge members. If the Lodge Secretary and Grand Lodge does not have your contact information you will not receive communications from your lodge or the Grand Lodge. This was implemented to eliminate the need for Paper and Snail Mail expenses. Click on the link below to register and input your contact information and there is even a place for your Photo if you are so inclined.
View your own Lodge record to confirm degree dates, contact information, offices held, and other individual member data.
Update your contact information such as physical and email addresses, phone numbers, etc.
Select your preference on how to be contacted for Grand Lodge and Lodge communications.
Getting set up on GLAD is easy; it takes about two minutes. What you will need to begin:
Your lodge number.
Your individual member number which can be found on your dues card. (If you belong to more than one Lodge, you need to set up the account initially with the dues card and Lodge number of the card with the lowest individual number.)

The process:
Go online to the Grand Lodge of Georgia website: www.glofga.org
Click on the “Grand View” tab at the top of the screen. That will open two menu selections.
The first menu item is the sign-up screen.
The second is a one-minute video that explains step-by-step how to get your account established. (We suggest that you view the one-minute video first. It will help you move through the process quickly.)
Once your account has been established, you will need to provide an email address and set up a password for your account. (Remember this password so that you can re-enter the system again later.)
Once into your record, there are tabs to click where you can update the information categorized on those tabs. Do not be concerned about making changes; they can always be corrected later if you make a mistake.
